1. Hourly Rates

• Managing & Senior Partners: £1,800 to £3,500 ex. VAT / hour (Highly strategic counsel, complex M&A, supreme court hearings).
• Of Counsel & European Notaries: £1,200 to £1,800 ex. VAT / hour.
• Senior Associates: £850 to £1,100 ex. VAT / hour.

2. Fixed Fees (Alternative Fee Arrangements)

For wealth structuring, M&A, or creating Trusts, K&P Legal favors fixed fee models detailed upfront, guaranteeing precise budgeting with no surprises.

3. Success Fees

Subject to the regulatory frameworks of the applicable jurisdictions, notably in England (Conditional Fee Agreements), a substantial portion of the compensation may be indexed to the financial gain secured upon the victorious conclusion of an arbitration or major litigation.

4. VIP Retainer Programs

For our institutional clients and public figures requiring continuous crisis protection, we offer an exclusive Retainer program (starting at £50,000 / month). It guarantees the immediate 24/7 mobilization of the firm's elite, anywhere in the world.
